Shipping and Returns

Delivery of Bäumer jewelry is secure and free for orders over 1000€. Delivery times are between 2 days and one week depending on the country, our carrier will then offer you a delivery slot to your home. An email confirming the shipment of your order will be sent to you as soon as it leaves our premises. You will then be able to track your package with the tracking number that will have been provided to you.

Please specify the reason for your return request as well as the order number found in the order confirmation email or on your invoice. Our team will respond as quickly as possible to your request, will assist you in repacking your parcel and will organize its collection with our carrier.

Upon receipt of your package, you have 14 days to contact us, make your return or convert it into a credit note.

Only creations purchased through our e-commerce can be returned or exchanged this way. You can also make your return with us directly at our Place Vendôme boutique.

Please note that we will not accept returns if the seal tag on the jewelry is peeled off, missing, or shows signs of peeling. Likewise, engraved or personalized creations cannot be returned or exchanged.
